RETURN POLICY
HAIR EXTENSIONS:
Hair extensions may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of purchase. They must be returned in the original packaging and intact, meaning they must be bundled exactly as they were at the time of purchase. Hair extensions that have been manipulated in any way are not eligible for exchange or refund.
In cases of defect, such as matting or excessive shedding (if the hair is brushed or combed under normal circumstances and a large amount of hair sheds) the hair can be exchanged within 10 days from date of receipt. Chemical processing of any kind voids this policy and will not be eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions.
LACEFRONT, FULL LACE, U-PART OR HALF WIGS:
All sales final. In cases of defect, please email us with a brief description and photo at
customerservice@crownedbym.com
If extensions or units are ordered through the mail, these policies start at the time you receive them. Each package will be tracked so that both parties are clear about the time and date the policy begins. No exceptions.
Human Hair Extensions are considered hygienic products, law prohibits return of human hair products that have been used.
